This position is based in Pomezia, Roma, Italy and covers the Centre‑Sud area (Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Molise). /p h3Job Function /h3 pMedTech Sales /p h3Job Sub Function /h3 pClinical Sales – Surgeons (Commission) /p h3Job Category /h3 pPeople Leader /p h3All Job Posting Locations /h3 pPomezia, Roma, Italy /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver annual sales, profit and inventory/cycle count targets. /li liExecute an action plan aligned with the Franchise and BU objectives. /li liAchieve Commercial Excellence and Operational KPIs. /li liManage Area KOLs and stakeholders. /li liAchieve tender success by implementing value‑creation strategies. /li liLead a team of direct employees, trade agents and distributors. /li liOwn the JJ DPS TECAS portfolio in Centre‑Sud. /li liShape the future of TECAS Italy within the area of responsibility. /li liCo‑operate with supply chain, marketing and inventory teams to ensure excellence in asset management. /li liDevelop area implementation plans and next‑step actions to close key opportunities. /li liMake data‑driven decisions to optimize performance. /li liCommunicate and reinforce critical messages about DePuy Synthes, the BU and area‑level priorities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree required; Business, Marketing or Engineering preferred. /li liMinimum 6 years of healthcare business/medical device market experience. /li liSales and marketing experience mandatory in medical device market. /li liOrthopedic experience required. /li liItalian mother tongue; advanced proficiency in English. /li liTrack record of success in a matrixed, enterprise‑mindset environment. /li liExcellent understanding of customers, business intelligence and industry trends. /li liDemonstrated leadership in strategic planning and project management. /li liStrong business and financial acumen with metrics‑driven performance analysis. /li liExcellent listening, written and oral communication skills; ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations. /li liStakeholder management, including influencing and solution delivery. /li liStrong problem‑solving, organizational and project management skills. /li liPreferred home location: Campania or Puglia Region. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 pOrthopedic Devices, Orthopedics, Sales Management /p h3Preferred Skills /h3 pBusiness Development, Customer Centricity, Developing Others, Healthcare Trends, Inclusive Leadership, Interpersonal Influence, Leadership, Market Knowledge, Objectives Key Results (OKRs), Presentation Design, Process Improvements, Revenue Management, Sales, Solutions Selling, Strategic Sales Planning, Sustainable Procurement, Technical Credibility, Vendor Selection /p h3Employment Type /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Seniority Level /h3 pNot Applicable /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
