Your main responsibilities:
Constantly analyze the business context of the account:
1. Its products/ services, market, evolution, competition activity, organization
Increase the turnover generated by the entrusted accounts, in push and pull mode:
2. Identify customer issues to address
3. Seize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
4. Supervise prospecting and customer acquisition activities
5. Define the arguments necessary for the sale
6. Evaluate, benchmark and optimize business opportunities
Track account progress and drive continuous improvement
7. Ensure the reporting of key account management activities entrusted
8. Participate in win/loss analysis and propose improvements
9. Aggregate the different "feedback" on the projects carried out
Marketing Sales
10. Possibility to complete the internship’s mission with transversal marketing for the team’s ecosystem (Partners mapping, certification planning, etc.)
