We offer a wide range of ultrasonic and eddy current flaw detection software and equipment. Our equipment is used, among other things, to inspect welds, detect hidden cracks, voids, porosity, and other internal irregularities in various materials. /ppbr/ppstrongHow will you make a difference? /strong /ppAs strongInside Sales Specialist /strong, reporting to the Head of Inside Sales, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process in Italy. /ppbr/ppstrongWhat will your typical day look like? /strong /pulliYou take ownership of the end-to-end sales process for your assigned customer portfolio - you're their trusted contact from first hello to order confirmation. /liliYou manage the entire customer journey – from initial outreach to order placement. /liliYou drive business with existing customers through cross-selling and up-selling as well as introducing new products /liliYou expand the customer base by identifying and engaging new prospects through market research, application scouting, and targeted acquisition campaigns. /liliYou are responsible for promoting and selling Technical Service Solutions tailored to the installed base across all customer segments. /liliYou execute proactive sales campaigns for specific customer groups to boost engagement and conversion. /liliYou qualify inbound leads, evaluate customer potential, and ensure correct segmentation and allocation. /liliYou maintain a structured sales pipeline, following established processes and KPIs, and ensure continuous follow-up and accurate lead management in the CRM system. /liliContinuously grow your expertise through online and on-site trainings in products, applications, and modern sales techniques as well as Co-Travelling with field sales /liliOccasional travel within Europe is expected (Team Meetings). /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat do we want to know about you? /strong /pulliTechnical knowledge in the field of non-destructive testing and measurement technologies (like Ultrasonic Testing or Visual Inspection), ideally with a degree in Engineering or a related field. /liliStrong technical understanding of complex products, such as ultrasonic testing devices, flaw detectors, and visual inspection systems. /liliAt least 3 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in inside or field sales roles. /liliA proven track record in customer acquisition and opportunity development. /liliExperience in lead qualification and sales funnel management. /liliReporting of sales activities /liliProficiency in using digital tools and virtual channels in sales, along with hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce). /liliAbility to translate sales and marketing strategies into actionable steps. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office 365 /liliFluent in both Italian and English language /liliQuick learning ability and a proactive, self-driven work ethic – intrinsic motivation is key. /liliStrong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers across all levels. /liliA team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. /liliPassionate about delivering value to customers and building lasting relationships. /li /ulpbr/ppemLa ricerca è rivolta a candidature di entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.
