Ph3Position Overview /h3 pWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Italy. The role will report directly to the Country Manager – Italy with a dotted line to the CFO – HQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting and financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and supporting strategic financial decisions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDirect reporting to Country Manager-Italy and dotted line to CFO-HQ. /li liManage accounting and financial operations. /li liPrepare monthly reports, including balance sheets and PL statements. /li liPrepare cash flow statements and manage all reconciliations with third parties. /li liOversee budgeting and financial planning processes. /li liEnsure financial accuracy and compliance with internal policies. /li liEnsure adherence to legal and regulatory standards. /li liCoordinate internal and external audits. /li liEvaluate operational costs to improve efficiency. /li liMaintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. /li liMinimum 4 years of experience in a similar role. /li liExperience in accounting, financial planning, internal controls, and audit. /li liStrong knowledge of IFRS reporting and financial analysis. /li liAdvanced level of English (written and spoken). /li liStrong command of MS Office applications. /li liExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail. /li liProactive, open-minded, and global perspective. /li liAudit experience is a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
