We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and help drive excellence in service delivery while coordinating our operational and marketing efforts.
Role Overview
As the Product Manager, you will oversee the seamless delivery of our classic car tours, ensuring that every detail exceeds client expectations. You will coordinate with the Fleet Manager, Marketing Team, and external suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and the highest service standards. You will also manage supplier relationships, including invoice tracking and payments, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows.
This role is based in Valle d’Itria and is ideal for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, operational efficiency, and classic cars, combined with outstanding communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Delivery:
a. Ensure smooth execution of daily tours, meeting high service standards.
b. Lead client briefings with confidence, ensuring a warm welcome, clear instructions, and punctual start times
c. Act as the face of the brand during tours, addressing any client inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
2. Coordination with Fleet Manager:
a. Collaborate to ensure Italy’s largest Fiat 500 collection is maintained, prepared, and presented to the highest standard.
b. Oversee tour scheduling and fleet availability to optimize operations.
c. Assist in resolving operational challenges during tours.
3. Supplier & Vendor Management:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with all suppliers and vendors featured in the tours (e.g., local food and wine producers, cultural sites, accommodations).
b. Coordinate the inclusion of supplier services into the tour experience, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to quality standards.
c. Manage tracking and timely payments of invoices to suppliers and vendors.
4. Marketing Collaboration:
a. Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials that highlight the unique charm of our Fiat 500 tours.
b. Provide insights and feedback to improve customer engagement and tour branding.
5. Operational Management:
a. Monitor and refine the end-to-end customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement.
b. Manage logistics to ensure timely execution of tours and smooth transitions between
client groups.
6. Client Engagement:
a. Represent the company with a friendly yet professional demeanor.
b. Build rapport with international clientele and ensure their satisfaction throughout the tour.
Qualifications
1. Experience & Skills:
a. Proven experience in product management, operations, or the hospitality industry (preferred).
b. Experience managing suppliers and vendor relationships is a strong advantage.
c. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
d. Previous exposure to working with luxury or experiential tourism is an advantage.
2. Language Proficiency:
a. Fluency in English is required (both written and spoken).
b. Proficiency in Italian or other languages is a plus.
3. Personal Traits:
a. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual.
b. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams.
c. Passion for classic cars and a deep appreciation for Italian culture and heritage.
