We are looking for a SaaS Growth Marketing Manager, an expert with over 5 years of experience in influencer marketing and SaaS growth, to join our team and drive qualified inbound leads for the indaHash SaaS platform.
You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Performance teams to position our platform as the go-to influencer marketing SaaS for brands and agencies around the world.

Responsibilities include:
* Designing and executing a lead-generation strategy aligned with SaaS sales targets
* Targeting decision-makers at brands and agencies through channels like LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, and niche communities
* Creating campaigns where brands and agencies showcase how indaHash SaaS solves their pain points (e.g., automation, analytics, performance tracking)
* Collaborating with influencers and clients to produce demos, tutorials, webinars, AMAs, and case studies that drive leads
* Building a partner and affiliate program to incentivize creators and thought-leaders to promote indaHash SaaS
* Identifying and collaborating with industry leaders to act as brand evangelists
* Working closely with sales to qualify, nurture, and track influencer-driven leads
* Testing and optimizing different campaign formats to improve lead conversion rates
* Building and optimizing landing pages and using UTM tracking to measure results
* Reporting on key metrics (MQLs, demo requests, CAC, conversion rates, campaign ROI) and optimizing campaigns based on feedback
Qualifications include:
* At least 5 years of experience in SaaS marketing and influencer marketing
* Understanding of how brands and agencies make decisions and how to reach them
* Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Quick response to changing priorities and business needs
* Fluent English (spoken & written)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
