You will safeguard these pillars through strategic planning and development, ensuring all directives, practices, and initiatives are implemented, embraced, and adopted within the resort.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSales & Territory ManagementDevelop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share across the assigned territories.Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities within the region, leveraging competitor analysis and data insights to construct a proactive approach to driving revenue performance.Collaborate with the Global Luxury and Lifestyle sales team on account planning and sales activations to drive revenue for the cluster hotels.Identify new business opportunities with selected agencies and companies, developing relationships to create new revenue streams and support market share growth.Travel to key markets to conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and events to build relationships and negotiate business on behalf of the cluster hotels.Account ManagementManage and develop key relationships with existing accounts, focusing on luxury consortia agencies, travel advisors, and high-value partners.Act as the primary liaison for all luxury consortia partners and agencies within your region, managing relationships to drive revenue and enhance visibility of your hotel cluster.Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, Six Senses and luxury and lifestyle roadshows, and trade events.Proactively address client needs, acting as the primary liaison between clients and the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience.Coordinate between the three hotels, working with both the cluster and on-site teams to maintain clear communication and guest satisfaction.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on market trends, performance, target account performance, and growth opportunities.QualificationsTo succeed as Cluster Sales Account Director USA & LATAM, you should have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:A minimum of 7 years' experience in hospitality or hotel sales, with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Over 3 years of experience in a senior sales role is preferred.Strong understanding of the business landscape in the USA and LATAM, including cultural nuances and market trends.Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.Valid Italian Work Permit or European Union citizenship is required.The above provides an overview of the role and responsibilities for the Cluster Sales Account Director USA & LATAM at Six Senses Ibiza & Italy.
