About This Role
As an Account Manager Field based in the Tuscany region, you will drive growth and support restaurant partners on our platform. You will join a collaborative team focused on empowering businesses to succeed and providing exceptional service. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work three to four days a week in the field, connecting with local businesses throughout Tuscany, and one to two days from home. You will report to the Team Lead Account Manager Centro – Sud Italia and work closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve your goals.
Salary range: €37,200 – €51,000 including commission
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and expand restaurant partnerships across the Tuscany region, enhancing consumer choice and platform growth.
Build strong relationships with takeaway restaurants, focusing on commercial growth and customer satisfaction.
Provide tailored solutions to boost orders, increase average order values, and improve customer experiences.
Onboard new restaurant partners efficiently, guiding them to achieve quick optimisation and sustained growth.
Serve as a trusted advisor, helping partners streamline their operations for improved profitability.
Promote business efficiency by mentoring and prioritising the order growth of activated restaurants.
