POff-White is looking for a Customer Credit Analyst to join our Operations team, reporting to the Business Operations Director. The role, with a specific focus on footwear, is responsible for managing customer credit risk, monitoring outstanding balances, and supporting the operational processes related to customer accounts, while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external B2B clients. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliMonitor customer accounts and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances. /liliAssess, approve, and review customer credit limits in coordination with operational guidelines. /liliActively follow up on overdue balances through calls, emails, and written correspondence. /liliInvestigate and resolve payment discrepancies, disputes, and deductions in collaboration with Sales, Finance and Customer Service teams. /liliPrepare and analyze reports on customer account status, aging, and operational performance KPIs. /liliSupport process improvements to enhance efficiency in customer credit and collections operations. /liliAssist with keeping customers compliant with Coface credit insurance company terms and conditions /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliProven experience of 4/5 years in a similar role within customer credit management, collections, or operations. /liliBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. /liliStrong knowledge of customer credit processes and account management. /liliExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail. /liliEffective communication and negotiation skills. /liliAbility to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. /liliAdvanced Excel skills /liliFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul
