Position: Administrative and Accounting Clerk
We are seeking an administrative and accounting clerk for a manufacturing company. The main responsibilities include:
1. Registering and managing daily financial transactions, including journal entries.
2. Managing client relations, including collections and reminders.
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date balances for clients and suppliers.
4. Handling accounting tasks up to the preparation of financial statement adjustments.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting management software.
* Experience in administrative roles and teamwork skills.
Initial employment through an agency with the aim of permanent hiring. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
