We are seeking a dynamic Global Sales Specialist with a substantial background in laboratory processes or laboratory equipment sales. You will also showcase your skills by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.brbKey responsibilities: /bbr/pulliDrive sales volume and profitability by focusing on product, system, and service offerings aligned with division targets. /liliBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure a positive sales experience. /liliDevelop and execute sales plans, monitor progress, and implement recovery actions for potential order shortfalls. /liliCoordinate offer preparation and marketing activities, ensuring technical and financial accuracy while identifying new market opportunities. /liliManage sales administration and support project collection efforts, collaborating closely with bid, proposal, and marketing teams. /li /ulbrbQualifications: /bbrulliDegree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, or equivalent with solid understanding of laboratory processes and/or lab equipment sales (minimum 5 years). /liliExperience in laboratory automation and robotics is highly valued. /liliWillingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time. /liliFluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills; additional languages are a plus. /li /ulbrWe value people from different backgrounds.
