Primary Duties and Responsibilities Manage a remote team of Field Nurses within the assigned geographical territory. Achieve KPIs for clinic and nursing operations, including budget and expense controls. Monitor demand for clinic and nursing services to ensure resource availability and maintain high standards through audits and site visits. Manage clinic growth opportunities, including site identification and establishment. Review reports related to staff training and compliance. Continuously review and manage staff availability to meet regional needs. Collaborate with Scheduling Associates to ensure efficient appointment scheduling aligned with KPIs. Be available to cover emergencies, sick calls, or clinical questions with regional support as needed. Implement all program and departmental policies at the IBU level. Report adverse events and product complaints per policies. Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships within the territory. Manage onboarding and orientation of new staff and support new program launches. Conduct ongoing performance management and ensure HRIS system maintenance. Ensure quarterly reviews of nursing staff adhere to policies and procedures. Implement process improvements for utilization and efficiency. Ensure program requirements are met and documentation is maintained. Ensure nurses comply with provincial standards and maintain licenses and certifications. Travel within the territory for clinic visits and management meetings. Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews. Coordinate clinic visits and participate in teleconferences or web meetings. Provide specialized infusion/injection therapies and nursing services as needed. 20% KOL Responsibilities Execute key deliverables to support nursing operations. Maintain and strengthen relationships with KOL partners. 15% Collaboration Liaise with managers, case managers, senior managers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and program execution. 5% Administrative and Training Activities Organize training for new nurses. Support nurses with administrative concerns. Review timesheets and expenses for accuracy. Complete incident reports and CAPAs. Ensure compliance with quality standards and audits. Perform other duties as required. Experience and Educational Requirements BScN or equivalent, or working towards degree. Registration with the College of Nurses in the province of employment. CVAA certification is an asset. BCLS / CPR certification required; ACLS optional. 5-7 years nursing experience. 2-5 years management or remote team experience is an asset. Experience in nurse training and education. Experience with the biotechnical/pharmaceutical industry is an asset. Willingness to travel as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual in French and English is an asset. Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Strong clinical nursing skills, including IV initiation and physical assessment. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines consistently. Problem-solving skills for effective issue resolution. Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
