About The Job
Drive sustainable growth in net sales and profitability across Top Clients within the Indirect Channel (wholesalers, networks, pharmacy/parapharmacy groups and/or modern trade), through the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements, building long-term partnerships aligned with company strategy.
Main Responsibilities
* Define and implement customer business plans for Top Clients, identifying growth opportunities and profitability optimization levers.
* Negotiate commercial agreements (sales targets, promotional investments, visibility, and category management initiatives), ensuring delivery against financial KPIs.
* Drive performance of assigned customers, ensuring achievement of sales and margin targets in line with brand/product priorities.
* Monitor and optimize commercial performance through structured analysis, identifying gaps and activating corrective actions in collaboration with the Field Force.
* Contribute to the development and validation of commercial policies, bringing customer and market insights to maximize effectiveness of commercial levers.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and execute tailored promotional plans and initiatives for strategic customers.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, acting as a reference point for Top Clients.
* Develop accurate sales and volume forecasts, activating commercial levers to ensure target achievement.
* Analyze sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, and promotional performance to drive data-based decisions.
* Monitor competitor activities and define response strategies in collaboration with relevant internal functions.

* Achievement of Net Sales and margin targets for assigned customers
* Customer profitability and sustainability of commercial agreements

About You
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles with direct responsibility for managing and developing key customers (Top Clients and buying groups), gained across multiple channels (modern trade, wholesalers/WHS, and specialized channels)

* Strong understanding of retail and Top Client commercial dynamics
* Solid P&L management capabilities
* Strong analytical skills to interpret multi-source data and develop business plans / monitor performance
* Proven ability to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
