Your opportunity
Become a member of the Inventory Control Team, currently held within the Supply Chain Financial Department. You will handle central warehouse inventory control, management, and financial evaluation. The activity will focus on the warehouse in Trecate (NO).
How you will contribute
* Manage accounting warehouses master data and check their correct handling
* Know and control the process that determines the average value of the items
* Prepare and share monthly warehouse movement and valuation reports with each Division
* Know and monitor logistics flows in relation to supplier and customer orders, allocations, and the flow of goods on consignment
* Coordinate and align accounting warehouse with physical inventory data for cycle counts and year-end inventory and performance calculations
* Calculate the annual performance KPI of the warehouse keeping track of any discrepancy
* Supervise the flow and transfer of goods and accounting systems : document the charging and discharging of merchandise from the warehouse
* Carry out transactions to enable the sale of assets between ICO and IPO companies managed in Trecate
* Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage various operations
* Analyze historical data and develop budgets and forecasts for Inbound and Stock on Hand
* Daily verification of consistency between Enterprise Resource Planning and Warehouse Management System data.
Who you are
* You have an academic background in economics or engineering fields
* You are an individual with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a structured company
* You are knowledgeable about accounting principles and best practices
* You are proficient in using the Office Suite, the knowledge of the Stealth platform is a strong plus
* You are an independent, flexible, and reliable team player with solid analytical and organizational skills
* A proactive person who can regularly meet tough deadlines andhandle a high volume of tasks
* Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
