VA). /p pAs an bAccount Manager /b based in our Rome office, you will primarily focus on managing and developing relationships with customers located in the Lazio region, which represents approximately 80% of our customer base. In addition, you will be responsible for selected accounts in the Campania and Puglia regions, which will require less frequent on-site engagement. /p pYour mission is to drive revenue growth and margin performance across your assigned portfolio, covering OEM and EMS customers within the Military Aerospace, Industrial, and Railway market segments. You will proactively manage the full sales cycle, identify new business opportunities, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent execution and strategic account planning. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liServe as the primary point of contact for the customer interface to the company’s resources that drives and supports high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. /li liDevelop strong, strategic relationships with customer(s) to identify and leverage the customers’ business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate business value proposition sales solution strategy. /li liProvide leadership and guidance in critical customer planning and engagement. /li liPerform critical customer analysis to identify and leverage the partner’s marketing programs to achieve growth in their customer’s solutions capability. /li liEngage customer(s) in joint planning that integrates the company’s services, programs and supplier partnerships securing customer commitment for the development of a comprehensive investment in strategies that advance the company’s market position, entanglement and financial goals. /li liConduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals and own execution of business plan. /li liMaintain and monitor pipeline and metrics for assigned customers, performs analysis and identifies improvement opportunities. /li liSupport supplier's strategies by aligning solutions with customer to maximize profitable growth, and customer expansion. /li /ul h3What we are looking for: /h3 ul liSales experience in Military Aerospace and Industrial market. /li liHaving a technical background is highly appreciated. /li liAbility to work independently within an assigned territory/account base with moderate sized accounts/opportunities. /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li liGood communication, negotiation and presentation. /li liKnowledge of systems such as SAP, ERP, order management preferred. /li liTeam spirit – collaborate with internal team, managers and support functions. /li liWillingness to travel regionally, driving license required. /li /ul h3What's in it for you: /h3 ul liHybrid working model. /li liA supportive multicultural team environment where everyone is working toward the same goal. /li liA strong open-door policy. /li liAn environment where you will have the tools and opportunities to further your career. /li liCar/ car allowance. /li liWork equipment. /li liAnd more…. /li /ul h3Interested? /h3 pGreat!
