How does the application process work?

you complete the application

on the website arkage.careers (don’t forget to submit your myers-briggs profile and to attach your portfolio)

you’ve got mail:

we get back to you via email to arrange a first interview (usually within 1 week)

first touch:

an interviewwith Simona, People Care team manager, and with one person closest to your job position to assess your professional skills

team touch base:

a second with the Servant Leader and/or Product Owner of your candidate team to assess your attitude and your compatibility with the team

almost done!

we will discuss budgets and you will get a final interview with our CFO

welcome on board!

Now an onboarding process begins.

At any stage of the selection process, if something does not go as intended, we will send you an email explaining the reasons within 30 days from the first application. If it happens, don’t worry! We periodically reopen the positions and if you are already in our DB you have more chances to join our ark in the future.

Arkage is looking for an Accountant (RM) - Part Time, is that you? What you do on a daily basis

Manage and process administrative tasks, ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and external deadlines

Draft, review, and complete a variety of business and legal documents with accuracy

Input and update data in internal databases and management systems

Organize, file, and archive documentation, both in physical and digital formats

Support the accounting team in managing daily financial operations

Record and monitor invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate records

Maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries and reconciling accounts

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements

Monitor compliance with periodic tax obligations and help prepare necessary filings

Communicate with suppliers, clients, and public offices when needed for documentation or clarification

Support internal audits by gathering and organizing relevant documentation

Help streamline administrative and accounting workflows through the use of software and digital tools

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely information flow

Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and handle unexpected administrative or accounting issues as they arise

Who you are

Up-to-date knowledge of regulations and bureaucratic procedures

Skilled in general accounting and knowledgeable about tax regimes (flat-rate, simplified, and ordinary)

Familiar with main IT systems and management/accounting software (e.g., SAP or other accounting programs)

Competent in: invoice registration and payments, bookkeeping (prima nota), and account reconciliation

Knowledge of statutory and consolidated financial statements

Familiarity with periodic and annual tax compliance

Strong attention to detail, precision, and organization

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

Flexible and able to solve problems

Proficient in using IT tools (especially Excel)

Strong analytical skills

Reliable and professional

Absolute discretion with client data

Committed to meeting deadlines and timeframes

Nice to have

Tempo parziale schedule, ideally mornings from 9 AM to 1 PM

Employment or Collaboration Agreement according to the candidate’s profile

Salary and professional category commensurate with the candidate's experience
