Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Process FiltrationLocation: Remote - EUROPEWe are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and business development efforts within our FAM Industrial Process Filtration market segment. In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer and the market, driving strategic growth, strengthening key relationships, and expanding our market presence.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectivesManage and grow key accounts, increasing share of wallet and driving incremental revenueIdentify and acquire new clients through active selling and business developmentForecast sales activities and contribute to performance goal settingAnalyze market trends, customer needs, pricing strategies, and discount structuresPrepare periodic sales reports highlighting sales volume, potential growth, and expansion opportunitiesDeliver impactful sales presentations and negotiate/close agreementsReview, analyze, and negotiate NDAs and supply contracts in partnership with internal stakeholdersSupport product development initiatives by preparing business cases for new product opportunitiesMonitor competitive activity and market developmentsRepresent the company at trade association meetings and industry eventsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) required3–5 years of sales or technical sales experience within Industrial Process Filtration, nonwovens, film products, or related marketsEquivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
