What You Will Do
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our Security Sales Team in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our Security Solutions. This role requires an intermediate technical understanding of Security Systems technology but strong sales acumen and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
How You Will Do It
Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and marginality targets for Security Solutions
Identify and engage with new potential clients, listening & understanding their needs and qualifying related investments
Orchestrate the pre-sales team (proposal engineers and consultants) to develop differentiated value propositions that meet customers' needs and influence/manage the customer's purchasing process
Collaborate with internal teams, including proposal engineering, project management & legal to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales deals.
Manage customers, opportunities and proposals through relevant JCI systems and in adherence to sales process (including periodic forecast and non-financial reporting to management).
What We Look For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales of security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Fire Detection, PSIM platforms)
Existing commercial network with End Users, System Integrators and Consultants, preferably in one or more of the following critical infrastructure industries: Energy & Utilities, Transportation, Central Government & Defense, Banking & Insurance, Digital Infrastructures (Telecommunications & Data Centers)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
High business acumen and understanding of corporate financial principles
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
English fluency both verbal and written
Willingness to travel as required
