As Area Sales Manager, you will lead a field sales team to execute Pirelli's commercial strategy across western France. You will manage key accounts, drive campaigns, and translate group strategy into actionable field plans. You will shape customer‑facing initiatives and ensure targets are met in a premium tire market.

* Lead and animate a field sales team of 6 representatives
* Monitor individual performance and conduct monthly evaluations
* Support strategic client visits with Chefs de Secteur
* Validate and implement commercial actions and campaigns
* Represent Pirelli at client events and strategic occasions
* Develop relationships with key strategic accounts and ensure commercial continuity
* Produce reporting for the Sales Manager France and relay group strategy to the field
* Translate group strategy into concrete field plans
Responsabilità
* Minimum 2 years in B2B technical product sales
* Experience managing or coordinating an itinerant sales force
* Strong negotiation skills and commercial instinct
* Fluent French (written and spoken) and good English
* Autonomous, rigorous, and able to manage a territory independently
* Natural team federator with ability to drive engagement
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce CRM
* Driving licence B
