ABOUT THE ROLE
TheInternal Account Manageris a key contributor to Arrow's sales organization, responsible for managing customer relationships within an assigned portfolio and acting as atrusted commercial partnerfor both customers and suppliers.
The role combines acommercial mindsetwith close collaboration across internal teams to supportsustainable growth, margin performance, and long-term business development.
We are looking for asales professionalwho enjoys working independently, building long-term relationships, and contributing to asales-driven environmentfocused on customer success.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Independently manage the entirecustomer relationshipend-to-end, acting as the primarypoint of contactfor an assigned customer portfolio.
Proactively drivesales growth,maximize margins, andincrease market share, including growth with key suppliers.
Deliverhigh-quality customer servicewhile balancing commercial priorities and customer expectations.
Managequoting,order processing,demand fulfillment, anddelivery follow-up.
Troubleshoot and resolvecustomer, order, and supply-related issues in close cooperation with internal teams.
Act as akey liaisonbetweencustomers,suppliers, andinternal stakeholders, leveraging internal and external resources.
Build and supportlong-term business partnershipsfor Arrow.
Collaborate withArrow Account Managersonselected key accounts.
