We are looking for a Junior Sales Analyst & Planner.
Objective of the position is to support sales performance analysis and financial planning activities, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and group-level reporting processes. The role acts as a key link between the Sales function and Group Controlling, ensuring data accuracy, financial visibility, and performance monitoring.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts
- Monitor commercial KPIs and perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)
- Prepare monthly management reporting for senior leadership and Group Controlling
- Support month-end closing activities in collaboration with Finance
- Conduct profitability analysis by customer, channel, and geography
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve financial performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
- minimum experience in controlling, business analysis, or commercial finance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of controlling, accounting, and financial planning principles
