Responsibilities
Production, assembling and completion of products/components related to railway signalling (electromechanical actuators, hydraulic actuators).
Work in a production line or in a work cell organized and designed with lean principles.
Maintain a clean and efficient workstation by removing production scraps and wastes; may perform ordinary maintenance activities.
Know and respect EHS prescriptions and rules; wear all prescribed PPE for related activities and work station.
Qualifications and Skills
Preferential: previous work experience, even short, in production sites as an assembling operator.
Basic knowledge of machining with lathe and milling machine is a plus.
Capability to perform mechanical assembly of components and products.
Knowledge and ability to read a technical drawing (assembly and component).
Knowledge and capability to use basic measurement tools and torqueing tools.
Knowledge and capability to use traditional milling and lathe machines for machining.
Capability to identify problems and dysfunction.
Capability to strictly follow written instructions.
Manual skills; good attitude for teamwork; professional accuracy and seriousness.
