Member of the local Opple Europe team Direct report to the Country Manager Italy Works closely with regional agencies Lighting knowledge Technical and commercial skills Well-balanced tactical and operational skills Customer-focused with an intrinsic passion for excellent service Practical, hands-on mentality Clear verbal communication, empathetic and concise Persuasive sales skills and influential ability Experience with Salesforce (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Fluent in English and Italian Personal Attributes Result-oriented with a drive to over-achieve Polished, analytical, engaging with excellent interpersonal skills Hunter mentality Energetic and enthusiastic Determined and self-motivated High energy levels Ability to execute and deliver results Your Responsibilities Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel Build regional coverage supporting agency efforts Collaborate with the Country Manager and Head of Sales to develop regional business Identify and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users) Develop new projects and track progress in Salesforce Provide training to agencies and customers in Italy Promote the BLE system, working with agencies and HQ Gather market data and communicate with Opple marketing Achieve sales targets and budgets Manage internal relationships across channels and departments Who are we?
