Bartender (m/f) Responsibilities
Provide warm, personalized service and expert guidance to guests at the bar. Ensure impeccable service in line with property standards and SLH guidelines. Prepare alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, including classic and contemporary cocktails and coffee specialties. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area and equipment. Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure a smooth and high‑quality guest experience. Support and assist in onboarding new team members.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in 4* or 5* hotels or high‑end restaurants. Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits. Creativity, attention to detail, and strong guest focus. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Flexibility, organization, and ability to work under pressure. Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
