Area Manager Wholesale
to join our Wholesale Department based in Milan. This is a
fixed-term position
to cover a maternity leave.
The
Area Manage r will be responsible for overseeing and expanding Slowear’s wholesale business across Europe, nurturing strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring a consistent and impactful brand representation throughout all wholesale channels. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing wholesale customers across Europe through a relationship-driven approach. Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers in the assigned territory, ensuring brand alignment and proper product presentation across all wholesale points of sale. Identify and develop new business opportunities, establishing productive relationships with potential clients and strategic partners. Analyze market potential and evaluate the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization. Create and manage customer value plans, highlighting profiles, market share, and growth opportunities. Requirements Degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in wholesale sales or area management within the fashion industry. Strong understanding of wholesale markets (a significant plus). Fluency in English. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
