Job Description
We are seeking a Copywriter & Social Media Manager who will collaborate with the Marketing & Sales Departments and will be responsible for creating marketing contents and distributing them effectively. You will help us to build strong brand awareness and brand presence with innovative offerings, marketing campaigns, and strategic participation in local and international events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support the sales efforts.
Your key responsibilities
* Developing and implementing marketing plan, social media strategy plan and content plan
* Creating, editing, and publishing disruptive contents for all BaxEnergy digital channels
* Supporting the Marketing team in the management of all social media channels
* Writing articles, press releases, success stories, customer and partner interviews to be published on all BaxEnergy digital channels
* Working with graphic designers to develop marketing promotional tools such as digital brochures, flyers, whitepapers and other corporate gated contents
* Managing Internal and external newsletters
* Implementing and managing paid social media advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and third-party websites, monitoring marketing expenses related to the driven campaigns
* Analyzing, monitoring, and reporting Google Analytics KPIs, social analytics and suggesting corrective actions
* Identifying and managing local events and international trade shows
Qualifications
Must have
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
* Strong English proficiency and excellent writing skills
* Solid understanding of foundational marketing including digital and social media strategies to drive awareness and engagement
* At least 2 years of experience
