We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive individual willing to manage all aspects of TEC Explorers' mobility, including VISA issuance and renewals, and relocation processes. This role is key to enable our global expansion by ensuring a seamless experience for Employees moving across borders to join TEC. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liVISAs Immigration Management ul liCoordinate and manage VISA applications, renewals, and compliance for international Employees /li liLiaise with immigration consultants, legal advisors, and government agencies as needed /li liMaintain accurate records of VISA statuses and expiration dates /li liStay informed on changes in immigration laws and regulations across relevant jurisdictions /li /ul /li liRelocation Support ul liOversee end-to-end relocation processes for new hires and internal mobility /li liProvide guidance on housing, schooling, and local integration support, including social security enrollment and general fiscal guidance /li /ul /li liStakeholder Collaboration ul liPartner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless mobility operations /li liAct as a point of contact for Employees regarding mobility /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong understanding of VISA processes and experience working with external immigration authorities; hands‑on experience in managing VISA applications, renewals and compliance across multiple jurisdictions and international immigration laws /li liProven track record of coordinating Employee relocations, including housing, schooling, and local integration support /li liHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shifting priorities under tight deadlines /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑focused approach and the ability to proactively source information to support tasks and objectives /li liStrong background in managing sensitive employee data and ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations /li liFamiliarity with travel management systems and HRIS tools is advantageous /li liFluency in English and German or French, additional languages are a plus. /li /ul h3Why you should join us! /h3 ul liWe’re Agile - we make decisions fast whilst keeping our goals and systems in mind /li liWe’re Open and Collaborative - we are transparent about risks and obstacles, so that we can cooperate to overcome them /li liWe have a lot of Fun - we refuel our energy knowing we are democratising space.
