The Technical Sales Specialist is responsible for ensuring and coordinating the implementation of existing products in conjunction with the BU, sales and customers; providing recommendations for optimizing technical and commercial performance in the context of the customer's application and the BU's strategy.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
* Provide technical support between the BU, sales and customers (answer technical questions, make recommendations, propose product adaptations); scope: product catalog/existing lines
* Understand and define precisely the client's functional needs and their application (technical, planning and price)
* Guide solutions, validate their feasibility and commitment to meet the need according to the BU's strategy and know how
* Validate the technical-economic offer (price, TDS) in the context of simple developments/PEN
* Coordinate the progress and the steps of the answer to the customer, validate it in relation to the need
* Bring up all the information to feed the marketing databases (roadmap, cross references, applications, benchmark ...)
* Support the sales team in the technical presentation and promotion of existing products (presentations, training, etc.)
WHO YOU ARE
* Technical high school/university graduate;
* +2 years of work experience;
* Knowledge in mechanical design;
* PC literate: G suite, Excel, CRM;
* Italian: native language;
* English: proficient (B2);
