What will be your mission? As a Chef de Partie, you will oversee a section of the kitchen and support the Executive and Sous Chef in the hotel’s kitchen. You will ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparation, stay updated with new products, recipes, and preparation techniques, and monitor food costs in your area. What will you do? Plan, schedule, and organize work to ensure proper coverage by the kitchen staff of your section. Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to recipes and menu standards. Support and supervise the cooks assigned to your section in various aspects of food handling and preparation when needed. Supervise the quality, presentation, and quantity of food prepared. Supervise proper storage of products. Oversee the reception of items and control inventory as required. Maintain a clean, neat, and well-organized work area. Ensure compliance with all relevant health department rules/regulations and customer service guidelines (HACCP). Establish, with your supervisor, the optimal guidelines for the operation of your section. What are we looking for? At least 2-3 years of practical experience as a Cook, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity. Vocational training in hospitality / F&B / kitchen. Fluency in the local language is required; knowledge of English is highly valuable. Working knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office, POS, etc.). Strong organizational skills.
