Your role
As Sales Data Manager, you will be the go-to person for managing, analyzing, and optimizing sales data to support strategic decisions and improve commercial performance. You will work closely with the Sales & Logistics team and collaborate with Finance and Marketing to ensure data quality, consistency, and timeliness.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing adoptions and sales data flows and ensuring data integrity across company systems
* Analyzing trends, KPIs, and performance to provide actionable insights for commercial strategies
* Preparing reports and dashboards for management and operational teams
* Collaborating with the Sales team to optimize forecasting and planning processes
* Supporting pricing, promotions, and campaign initiatives through data analysis
* Ensuring data compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
* Coordinating projects to improve reporting systems and tools
* Working with local and international teams to standardize processes and share best practices
What we expect from you
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering, or related fields
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or similar roles
* Strong knowledge of BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL)
* Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations
* Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
* Understanding of sales and logistics processes
* Fluent in Italian and English
