Reporting directly to the Group Sales Director, the Product Manager will define a roadmap to maximize the value of the product family globally. Will support the Sales Teams (Italy and abroad) and collaborate across departments (R&D, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing). The role involves increasing responsibilities, contributing to commercial objectives by analyzing market data and sales reports. The position requires researching and analyzing technical solutions to meet the needs of existing and potential clients, engaging with technical B2B stakeholders domestically and internationally in Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics. The candidate will define global product positioning strategies, identify technical features and market needs, contribute to product development, and collaborate with Technical and Sales departments. Responsibilities include market and competitor analysis, managing the Product Life Cycle, proposing new product developments based on market insights, and managing complex technological projects. The role also involves communicating company sustainability policies and improving products proactively in collaboration with relevant teams, with a focus on market potential and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
