The role is designed for the start-up phase of the Italian market and combines direct commercial responsibility with the opportunity to evolve into a broader managerial position as the organization grows locally.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing the Italian market through direct commercial activities, with a strong hands-on approach. The role includes managing relationships with key customers, distributors, and dental practices, actively driving sales performance, and contributing to the definition and execution of the go-to-market strategy in Italy.Main ActivitiesDirect development of sales activities in Italy, including field sales and commercial meetings with key stakeholders in the dental market.Management and development of relationships with key accounts, distributors, and dental clinics.Achievement of agreed sales targets and systematic monitoring of performance.Contribution to market analysis, identification of growth opportunities, and competitive monitoring.Close collaboration with headquarters and cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, quality, and finance.Active contribution to the future set-up of the Italian sales structure.RequirementsExperience in sales or business development roles within the dental industry or closely related medical sectors.Strong track record in developing new markets or business opportunities, preferably in start-up or early-stage contexts.Solid knowledge of the Italian dental market, including dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and distributors.Strong commercial mindset with a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach.Fluent English is required.Personal AttributesEntrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset, with high autonomy and accountability.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution. xdwybme Motivation to grow into a more structured leadership role over time.Sede: Lombardia Pacchetto: €70–80k Ral + Mbo + car leasing rimborsato dall'aziendaRIf MCP 55846
