What You'll Do This is not a sit-back-and-watch kind of role. It's a

job where you will: Analyze the data behind the sales —understand trends, KPIs & CRM insights
Own the customer journey —from first impression to brand loyalty Sell and
Teach selling techniques —coach teams on how to connect with customers Bring the omnichannel concept to life —ensuring a seamless experience across online & offline touchpoints Be the voice of the brand —translating company strategy into daily store operations Optimize stock & assortment —so stores always have what customers want Create a retail story —where numbers meet emotions, and strategy meets execution

Who We're Looking For This role is
for you
if you: Have 2-4 years of experience in fashion retail Understand the retail business landscape—and know how to navigate it Are data-driven, using analysis to guide decisions Love storytelling in leadership—engaging and inspiring teams Are passionate about customer journeys & omnichannel retail Can coach selling techniques, helping teams boost performance Are a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments Have a growth mindset, always looking to improve and evolve Speak strong English and hold a valid driver's license
