The company has ambitious growth plans and is expanding its organization.Role DescriptionGrivel is seeking an experienced and skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and develop the company’s B2C channel, reporting directly to the Marketing Digital Director.ResponsibilitiesManage on-site activities daily, focusing on catalog management, PLP creation, product sorting, filters, navigation menu, and internal search.Align on-site activities with brand objectives and editorial calendar; optimize collections and product categories to improve shopping experience.Coordinate with agencies involved in e-commerce support and strategy.Curate visual merchandising activities for Grivel.com, considering delivery, seasonal trends, collection performance, and inventory levels.Partner with the sales team to promote the right products and initiatives.Manage main promotional initiatives.Monitor sales performance and key digital metrics; respond daily to optimize product placement and increase conversion, leveraging industry trends.Prepare periodic presentations and provide insights to decision-makers.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within e-commerce.Skills QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Sport/Fashion company.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.Understanding of website platform technologies and main e-commerce tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Gorgias).Proficient in Shopify; knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with Google Analytics.Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Passion for the sports industry and awareness of market trends and competitor strategies in e-commerce.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.Curiosity, active listening, assertiveness, creativity, independence.Fluent in English and Italian.
