Working at ST means shaping a better future through innovation and responsibility. /ppbPOSTING PRESENTATION: /b /ppYou will play a key role in the SiC Technology volume ramp-up at ST, based in our new mass-production fab in Catania, Italy, dedicated to SiC substrate wafers. This facility is Europe's first of its kind for volume SiC epitaxial substrate production, integrating all production steps. /ppThere is a strong collaboration with STMicroelectronics Silicon Carbide AB in Norrköping, Sweden, offering opportunities for on-site training and collaboration.
