The Italian office serves as the first point of contact for a vast network of partners across Europe and is actively expanding its presence throughout the region. /p h3The Position /h3 pTo strengthen sales activities and enhance pre‑and‑after sales support, our client is seeking a Sales Manager/Associate. The role involves managing sales for existing customers, identifying and acquiring new partners, and providing both technical and commercial support. This position requires a combination of a strong commercial mindset and a technical background. Key responsibilities include: /p ul liDeveloping new customers (distributors/OEMs) /li liProviding commercial and technical support to distributors and partners in Italy /li liIdentifying and approaching potential customers /li liHandling inquiries and technical questions about the product portfolio /li liDeveloping and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to engage key accounts /li liProviding daily reports on field sales performance and communicating VOC (Voice of Customer) data to the country manager /li liPerforming other office-related tasks /li /ul ul liExperience in a sales role focused on VFDs within the industrial automation or a related industry /li /ul ul liPreferably a technical background in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Automation /li liKnowledge and experience with frequency inverters, PLCs, HMIs, and servo systems /li liMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role /li liAbility to provide technical advice for customer‑specific applications /li liNative Italian speaker with fluency in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus /li liPositive, independent, and flexible attitude /li liStrong commercial insight and excellent communication skills /li liValid driver’s license /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
