In this role you drive the Parts & Accessories category strategy for eBay Motors, partnering with key sellers, carmakers, distributors, and regional buyers to secure the right inventory and a seamless end-to-end experience. You will collaborate with international teams and third-party providers to deliver major releases and fuel business growth from Milan, shaping the aftermarket on a global marketplace. You will represent eBay at industry events, build category knowledge, and foster a robust network to support strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong focus on growth, partnerships, and practical execution.

Lead the Parts & Accessories seller portfolio to drive growth and profitability
Scale seller activities through advisory support and issue resolution with cross-functional teams (customer support, technical)
Drive on-site merchandise targeting and accelerate seller onboarding to the platform
Identify and pursue new seller opportunities via active acquisition strategy
Coordinate early seller integration needs with the Onboarding team
Analyze inventory, market data, and industry trends to identify growth and product improvement opportunities
Define and execute the yearly strategy to achieve turnover, GMV, and revenue targets in collaboration with the Head of Motors
Collaborate cross-functional with Marketing, Trading, Catalog, and Customer Support on initiatives
Support product development and strengthen relationships with third-party providers in Parts & Accessories
Represent eBay at industry trade shows to stay ahead of market trends and expand the professional network
Responsabilità
6-8 years of experience in Parts & Accessories within Automotive, offline and/or online
Strong account management and commercial mindset for dealing xjrgpwk with carmakers, brands, distributors, and garages
Ability to operate both tactically and strategically to influence business performance
Basic knowledge of marketplace integration and capability to discuss technical aspects
Solid understanding of the Italian automotive aftermarket and distribution chain
Proven portfolio/product range management knowledge for automotive catalogs
Commercial drive with targets and high energy
Good analytical thinking and data interpretation
Ability to lead small cross-functional projects and work autonomously or in a team
Proficiency in English
