Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, supporting strategic objectives.
* Drive business growth by leading strategic initiatives, identifying new markets and client segments, especially in the US and Asia.
* Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to enhance visibility and market reach.
* Source and engage new clients in target regions to build a sustainable client base.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
* Lead proposal development in collaboration with Market Access teams to secure new projects.
* Gather and share customer insights with relevant teams to influence product development.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
* Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates.
* Represent the company externally at industry events and networks to promote expertise.
Required Experience:
* Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
* Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
* Experience in full sales cycle, including prospecting and account management.
* Knowledge of key Market Access factors, including HTA processes in Europe and JAPAC.
* Strong client engagement and influence skills at senior levels.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
* 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
* Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
* Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Effective across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
* Independent, motivated, and proactive with team collaboration skills.
