PSocial network you want to login/join with: /ph3Business Development Manager (South Italy), Terni /h3pClient: Hanwha Vision Europe /ppLocation: South Italy, preferably in the Milan area or within the region /ppJob Category: Other /ppEU work permit required: Yes /ph3Job Reference: /h3 h3Job Views: /h3p4 /ph3Posted: /h3 h3Job Description: /h3pbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliBuild relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales. /liliAchieve sales objectives related to product and market share through strategic analysis and decision-making. /liliPlan sales activities short and medium term, liaising with Product Management to position products effectively. /liliManage and develop network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program. /liliSupport Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities in vertical markets. /liliEngage in end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers updated on products. /liliIncrease project pipeline and revenue, create new customer relationships, and report weekly on sales progress. /liliConduct customer audits, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches. /liliFocus on margins, forecasting accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliProven sales or business development experience in a demanding environment. /liliExtensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and specifiers. /liliAbility to understand customer needs and create professional proposals. /liliMarket knowledge in electronic security, IT, and networking channels. /liliExperience with CCTV manufacturers is beneficial but not essential. /liliUnderstanding of network video systems and topology. /liliBusiness or technical degree preferred. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. /liliStrong relationship-building skills and motivation to impact the market positively. /liliIndependent thinking, judgment, and team leadership skills. /liliOrganized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. /liliSelf-motivated, with project management and communication skills capable of engaging at all levels. /liliAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines. /liliFluent in English and at least one European language. /liliClean driving license. /li /ulpbLocation: /b /ppThis is a field-based role, ideally based in the Milan area or South Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and occasionally outside. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
