Client Advisor - Part-time 20h role at Montblanc .
The role contributes to maximizing the boutique's performance through achievement of sales and strategic objectives, ensuring a great customer experience and optimum profitability.
Responsibilities
* Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales process
* Greet, serve and advise clients, providing the best service at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, giving advice and guidance on product selection
* Be an ambassador of Montblanc, representing the Maison at all times
* Communicate your passion for the Maison to each client, confidently guiding them through the inspirations behind each product
* Study the storytelling of each collection, the inspiration and how the Maison has reintepreted it in our creations
* Be responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receipts
* Manage the delivery of stock, including checking stock list accuracy, quality checking pieces and storing them correctly in the back office
Qualifications
* Have previous experience in a sales role in the boutique
* Be fluent in English and Italian
* Have a strong customer and goal orientation
* Possess elegance, outstanding manners, assured sense of style, appreciation of luxury items
* Demonstrate the ability to plan and organize work, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Have a strong passion for Art and Design
* Be reliable, rigorous, with a high sense of responsibilities
* Be comfortable with digital tools, and master CRM apps, knowing their commercial logic
* Be accountable for the successful development of the boutique functioning
* Demonstrate exceptional selling skills, outstanding customer focus and excellent oral communication skills
* Be an exceptional team player, supporting others whenever needed
* Have recent or current work experience in Naples to allow proposing client treatment and possible high-level partnerships
