IngreSearch is proud to be partnered with a fiercely independent, global company that designs sustainable, performance-enhancing ingredients for Beauty customers with a focus on green chemistry. They balance nature with creativity and science to deliver impactful products for major brands worldwide and need someone who can open doors by connecting with formulation & technical contacts within key customers. Responsibilities: Take over commercial responsibility for the Italian market and cultivate business plans and sales strategy to open doors and win new business Business development through proactive customer visits, attendance of trade shows and in-person meetings to build relationships and promote product launches Effective communication with R&D;/Technical contacts to discuss product performance and functionality Identify market white-space and new potential clients through market research Prepare account plans, sample requests and maintain regular follow up to ensure a healthy pipeline Direct feedback to HQ including trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes and forecasting Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a sales, account management or business development in the B2B chemicals/ingredients sector Good knowledge of the Personal Care and Cosmetics market in Italy, ideally with contacts to call upon Technical background is preferred, with a Degree in Chemistry Excellent verbal communication, analytical skills and problem solving skills Please submit your CV if you have the requisite skills as outlined above and are a highly competitive individual with excellent communication skills.
