JOB ROLE
LE: Support the execution of the Brand Education program by contributing to the organization and management of training activities (seminars, ISTs, internal trainings such as Train the Trainer, meetings) and cross-functional initiatives with other departments. Ensure effective coordination among internal teams, trainers, and external suppliers to guarantee the flawless delivery of educational events. Provide support to the Education Manager with channel analysis and sales performance monitoring.
Contract: 9 months fixed-term contract of maternity cover.
KEY ACTIVITIES
Education Activities
- Manage the operational execution of Education seminars, including material distribution, team invitations, shipment tracking, material checks, and record-keeping
- Coordinate shipments of Education materials
- Plan and manage trainers’ schedules, both online and on-site
- Create and maintain the education calendar and update it within internal management systems
- Organize logistics for Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions and internal team trainings
- Collaborate with the Education Manager in drafting and managing trainers’ contracts
- Support the creation of internal presentations (PowerPoint) and channel performance analyses
Event Management
- Coordinate Education activities during consumer events, including stylist scouting and operational/logistical support with the Consumer team
- Scout, select, and manage hotels for events involving the training team
- Provide operational support for Trade/Retail events when required

- Excellent command of the English language (preferred B1/B2 level)
- Previous experience in event organization or training/education environments is considered an advantage

- CCNL Commercio, III level -> minimum monthly gross salary: €1990.88
