The Material Handling Product Manager is responsible for evaluating and making recommendations on all aspects of the company's products throughout their lifecycle. The Product Manager helps the company gain better insights into its products' development, management, and sales.
Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to effectively market assigned products/services.
2. Oversee product development and design; set prices; launch new products; manage advertising campaigns; monitor sales performance.
3. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
4. Evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas and improve existing features, collaborating with other departments.
5. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; adapt plans to enhance sales performance.
6. Coordinate with the Communications Team to design effective sales campaigns and collateral tailored to the target audience.
7. Mentor less experienced team members and assist in problem resolution.
Job and Personal Requirements:
* Master’s Degree in Engineering or Economics.
* Proficiency in English.
* Solid knowledge of the product and/or proven experience as a Product Manager.
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
