About the RoleWe are looking for an Italy E‐Commerce Marketplace Specialist to join our Italy e‐Commerce Team. We seek someone with a strong understanding of how B2C marketplaces operate, including commercial dynamics, financial levers, catalog management, assortment strategy and operational flows across major platforms such as Amazon and e‐Bay.What You Will Do
Operational management of marketplaces in a 3P model (Amazon, eBay, etc.)Monitoring sales performance, profitability and channel contribution through P&L analysis, managing RRP/RRPP, promotional initiatives and visibility plans with Digital Marketing and Marketing teamsKPI analysis and preparation of weekly/monthly reports for Manager and LeadershipProduct catalog optimization: product pages, content, images, attributes, assortment and virtual bundlesCoordination with Demand Planning to ensure stock availability and warehouse alignmentSupport for B2C logistics flows (returns, claims, operational performance)Sales planning, demand forecasting and budget monitoringCross‐functional collaboration with Marketing, Logistics, IT, Finance and other functionsRelationship management with external partners (marketplace integrators, agencies, tech providers)
What You Bring
At least 2/3 years of professional experience in similar rolesStrong understanding of e‐commerce and marketplace logic, including pricing, operational flows, stock/ordering processes and 3P modelsAbility to work with key systems/tools (marketplace integrators, ERP/SAP, pricing tools, stock management)Excellent command of Excel and PowerPointAbility to read and analyze P&L and e‐commerce KPIsStrong analytical mindset, organizational skills and communication abilitiesHands‐on problem‐solving attitude and familiarity with daily operational processes
