Drive end-to-end lead-to-sale conversion with governance and cross-functional collaboration among senior regional sales, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders
Establish a commercial functional roadmap with milestones for process optimization, technology deployment, and adoption aligned to growth objectives
Lead change management and training for new workflows and tools
Define KPIs for conversion stages and provide executive-level insights for ongoing optimization
ResponsabilitàBachelor's xlwpduy degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, or Business Strategy roles
MBA or equivalent Executive education preferred
Proven leadership in Sales Operations, Process Design, or CRM Strategy
Experience with enterprise CRM transformation projects
