Regional Elevator Sales Manager - Europe Responsible for growth, sales development and profitability of elevator products in the assigned region. Specifically accountable for developing and improving customer relationships at all levels up to executive, R&D, Engineering, Purchasing, and corresponding reports. Be the expert and leader in elevator belts and accessories.
Accountabilities
Develop the three channels of elevator sales: OEM, modernization, and service (incl. distribution).
Develop elevator parts distribution channels.
Formulate and lead execution of regional strategies, plans, budgets, and programs to support company sales and profitability objectives.
Conduct market intelligence analysis to detect opportunities for development for existing and new customers and deploy strategic plans to increase portfolio value in line with targets.
Maintain and continually improve the team’s knowledge by providing training and updates to all regions.
Identify product and solution gaps and work with internal teams to address such gaps.
Ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards.
Attain required product certifications.
Organize important industry-related fairs and events.
