This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to building efficiency and sustainability through our Service offerings. /p pYou will be responsible for supporting our business strategy by developing long‑term relationships with building owners, strengthening our customer base, and providing comprehensive solutions for highly energy‑efficient buildings. You will bring your passion for problem solving, creating customer value, and building strong relationships to make a real impact. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAcquire customers and orders for service products /li liIdentify sales opportunities with existing and new customers, prepare proposals, and coordinate internal processes to ensure high customer satisfaction /li liPromote customer growth and loyalty through continuous support and assistance /li liPerform in line with company strategy regarding customer channels, product mix, and pricing levels /liliTrack and report opportunities in Trane’s customer database in a timely manner /li liPrepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Trane templates when applicable /li liPresent proposals to customers /li liFollow up with purchasing process stakeholders /li liDevelop, evaluate, and discuss possible solutions with customers /li liAchieve assigned sales and customer development targets by focusing on service, customer acquisition, and account development /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pWe also consider junior profiles without experience in HVAC or sales, including those with PM or quotation backgrounds. /p ul liTechnical Diploma (high school degree) /li li1–3 years of industrial sales experience (preferably HVAC) /li liMarket intelligence and competitive awareness /li liNice to have proven sales skills with the ability to achieve results /li liBasic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or thermodynamic principles (refrigerant circuits, compressors) – preferable /li liCustomer advocacy mindset /li liStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, enabling a consultative selling approach /li liAbility to build strong customer relationships based on trust /li liTeam player focused on both individual and shared goals /li liCommitment to excellence /li liFluent Italian and communicative English (minimum B1 level) /li liProficiency in MS Office and Outlook /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA career full of opportunities within a global leader in sustainable HVAC solutions /li liAccess to Trane Academy with dedicated learning paths for sales employees (technical and soft skills) /li liA platform offering a range of online training courses and live events with industry experts /li liCareer Navigator tools /li liInjury insurance /li liMedical coverage /li liEmployee wellbeing program /li liMeal vouchers /li liCompany car /li liStandard equipment (PC, mobile phone) /li liComprehensive induction program with the Service Sales Engineer team /li /ul pWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
