Junior Key Account Manager (Junior KAM)
IQMselezione, a historical steel sector company, is hiring a Junior Key Account Manager to support the Key Account Manager in daily customer management tasks.
Responsibilities
Support the Key Account Manager in daily customer management activities.
Contribute to the preparation of offers, presentations, and commercial reports.
Maintain up-to-date client databases and CRM systems.
Attend meetings, commercial visits, and industry trade shows alongside the KAM.
Collaborate in collecting and analyzing market data to identify trends.
Handle operational client communications (follow-up, order status, information requests).
Interface with internal departments to ensure effective customer service.
Support scouting activities and initial contacts with potential new clients.
Assist in monitoring commercial objectives and compiling periodic reports.
Qualifications

Accuracy and reliability.
Team spirit.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Fluency in English.
Familiarity with CRM tools and management systems, particularly SAP (considered a plus).
Location & Benefits
Location: Trezzano sul Naviglio (MI). Benefits include 10 meal vouchers and 2 days per week of smart working. Salary range: €26,******,000 RAL with a premio of up to 8% of the RAL. Permanent full-time contract.
