Senior Presales Engineer

As a Senior Presales Engineer within the Meeting Experience Business Unit (ClickShare), you support both internal sales teams and external partners (distributors, resellers, and consultants). By combining your technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset, you contribute directly to driving business success.
Based in Belgium, you work closely with sales colleagues to advance opportunities and are open to international travel to support presales activities across different regions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong technical knowledge of the ClickShare product portfolio and stay up to date with product developments.Provide pre-sales technical support, including product education, demonstrations, and assistance in preparing tender documents for both internal and partner sales teams.Act as a trusted advisor to customers, supporting technical discussions for key accounts and prospective clients.Develop, manage, and execute support contracts aligned with customer needs.Collaborate closely with Barco and partner sales teams to identify, plan, and drive sales opportunities.Proactively manage customer relationships by gathering, tracking, and sharing customer feedback.Analyze and interpret customer requirements, and collaborate with Product Management to define suitable solutions.Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive repeat business, and communicate insights, challenges, and proposed solutions to internal stakeholders.Support and participate in trade shows, customer events, meetings, and training sessions.Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar presales, technical sales, or customer-facing role.Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain trust at all levels.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.Self-driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously while taking initiative.Strong affinity with technology and curiosity for technical applications.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.Solid understanding of customer service principles, with the ability to analyze requirements and propose appropriate solutions and action plans.Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint.You are willing to travel up to 40%Our Offer
