The Tissue TMS will use clinical expertise, market and product knowledge, relationship building, effective clinical change management and exceptional customer service to advance and close business opportunities. Help achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets. Conduct comprehensive targeting and strategic planning with Regional and National Sales Managers within the assigned regional territory. Be integral to transitioning the business post‐acquisition or conversion, ensuring smooth changes in clinical practice. Assess and develop the technical and clinical competencies of the customer. Assist in developing the technical and clinical competencies of the Regional Sales Manager. Support the sales agents so they can focus even more effectively on sales. Prevent incorrect usage of products in hospitals through in‐servicing of the product range. Support incremental sales growth in hospitals by educating hospital faculty on the product range. Prepare technical and scientific documents for tenders. Provide scientific, technical and operational support for sales team agents and distributors. Provide scientific and clinical support during hospital meetings on division products. Attend operating room demonstrations of products. Participate actively in national Tissue Technologies professional organizations to increase company visibility and credibility. Qualifications MSc or equivalent degree in Biology, STEM faculties or Biomedical Engineering in Medical Devices. Experience with burn or reconstructive surgeons and wound care specialists, including participation in training programs. Preferably possess working knowledge of Tissue Technologies products. Minimum of two years related experience. Knowledge of a variety of plastic surgery and wound care procedures such as burns, trauma, chronic wounds, oncology, diabetic foot ulcers, nerve repair and reconstructive surgery. Fluency in Italian and English. Strong ability to coordinate activities and work with different functions to achieve desired results. Excellent listening skills and ability to identify and isolate customer concerns or objections. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
